Altec AIR Terms & Conditions


Altec AIR, LLC. Provides the Following Terms and Conditions Details Regarding Altec AIR Products.


CREDIT

New accounts are eligible for credit review with a first order minimum of $500. For orders less than $500, a credit card payment will be requested. Standard payment terms are N30.

Altec AIR will accept a corporate profile document in place of credit application completion. The credit application must be signed by a financially responsible representative.

** Altec AIR, LLC reserves the right to change any credit limit and delay or stop shipments based on customer payment history.


PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. A $50 minimum is required on all orders.

Altec AIR, LLC. reserves the right to make changes in specifications and, therefore, prices during manufacturing, as necessary.


PURCHASE ORDERS

A valid purchase order must be submitted to Inside Sales when ordering products. Email purchase orders to sales@altecair.com. Purchase orders with incomplete or incorrect information will be returned to customer for updates. The updated purchase order must be returned within 24 hours to eliminate delays in processing order.

Order will not be processed until corrected purchase order received.


CANCELLATION

Orders shall not be subject to cancellation or change by customer for any reason, except with Altec AIR’s written consent and upon terms that will indemnify, defend and hold Altec AIR harmless against all direct, incidental and consequential loss of damage.

Customer may change product features, specifications, designs after approval of both parties.


RETURNS

Altec AIR, LLC. provides the following details regarding the process for authorized return and/or exchange of Altec AIR products.

  1. Return Authorization of all products must be confirmed with the Altec AIR Inside Sales Team at:
    sales@AltecAIR.com or 800-521-5351, Option 2
  2. Accepted return window will be within 90 days of receipt of the original invoice. This will be verified by the Inside Sales Team prior to issuing an RMA number.
  3. Returns under $250 will not be processed.
  4. Products must be unused and with original packaging.
  5. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Altec AIR.
  6. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the return once products are received and inspected.
  7. Credit will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned products.
    • Credit will not be issued for used or damaged products

DELIVERY

All shipments are F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado or Lancaster, New York unless specifically quoted otherwise.

Most orders will be shipped UPS with freight charges added to the invoice, unless specific shipping instructions are clearly noted on the purchase order. The shipment date assigned to an order is approximate, and every effort will be made to maintain that scheduled date. Therefore, Altec AIR, LLC accepts no responsibility for penalties for shipping delays. Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered and the balance of the order will be shipped immediately.

If order must ship complete (with no back orders), please specify this on your purchase order.


DAMAGED GOODS

The responsibility for damages incurred in transit will be borne by the customer when orders ship via freight collect or third party. Customer will be required to file damage claim with the carrier.

Damaged shipments sent prepaid and add must be reported to Altec AIR immediately. Altec AIR will work with the customer and process the freight claim with the carrier. All visible damaged shipments should be rejected to the carrier. Photos of damaged product should be obtained and notation made on the carrier’s bill of lading.


USER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer, through their own analysis and testing, is solely responsible for making the final selection of the system/product and assuming that all performance, endurance, maintenance, safety and warning requirements of the application are met. The customer must analyze all aspects of the application and follow applicable industry standards and product information.


IMPROPER USE AND INDEMNITY

Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Altec AIR harmless from any claim, liability, damages, lawsuits and costs whether for personal injury, property damage, patent, trademark or copyright infringement or any other claim, brought by or incurred by customer, customer’s employees, or any other person, arising out of (a) improper application or misuse of Product purchased from Altec AIR, (b) any act, omission or negligence of customer, (c) Altec AIR’s use of patterns, plans, drawings, or specifications furnished by customer to manufacture Product, or (d) customer’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
